How do I use a serial console for Linux boards and U-Boot?

1. Connect the console port (usually 115200 8N1) in QCCOM.
2. Press Ctrl+` or click Terminal at the top.
3. Keys go straight to the device; vi, top, less and menuconfig render correctly, with scrollback and copy / paste. The window size is passed to the device (stty).

For network logins, the toolbox has SSH and Telnet with several sessions at once.
